All orders shipped internationally are considered final sale. If you receive a damaged product you will need to reach out to your local mailing carrier and submit a claim. It is up to their discretion to approve the claim or not. If the claim is approved we can look at additional options from there.

**Please note that dated materials such as calendars are not eligible for return. Gift Cards, ALL digital product downloads, and Final sale products are final sale and not eligible for return.

When you contact us, please be sure to include your name, phone number, item(s) ordered, photos, and order number.

 

Digital & Subscription Products

All digital and subscription products are delivered via email using the email you provided during check out. Please allow 2 hours or more to receive your personalised digital product email with download link. There is a limit of one download per customer. Please note it may take up to 30 minutes or more for your account to activate. All digital & subscription products are final sale.
